About this ebook

Our life span has been on the rise over the last  two decades still, that has not enabled most of us to grey gracefully. Hardly, a few make a post-retirement plan for old age happiness. This volume is an outcome of several workshops and post-workshop interactions that the author, Dr Siddhartha Ganguli, had recently conducted through his brain-body management organisation Learning Club, deliberating on these aspects of an individual' life.

About the author

A pioneer in the field of Bioengineering, Dr Ganguli shot to fame for his intelligent cocktailing of several disciplines such as engineering, architecture, clinical psychology, business studies, human resource management and economics which led to two hybrid streams of through, Human Engineering and Human Resource Economics. This was possible  as he wore several hats in his career during the period 1961-1983, as an engineer, a project manager, management consultant, head of a management association, a top business manager (as whole time director and managing director) and also as an honorary scientist and faculty at the University College of Medicine, Calcutta University before he set up his own enterprise Learning Club. Widely travelled and lectured abroad, he is the recipient of many national and international honours including the coveted President of  India prize. He is also the author of trendsetting books performance Management: First Time Right, Business Communication: The SMART Roadmap for Your Career Growth; Live Happily Work Happily, SUCCESS: can be planned and earned and conscious Management: Managing and learning Happily at the workplace and at home- the last three published by Allied Publishers.
