About this ebook

Do you have arthritis? Do you have fibromyalgia? Cooking with Arthritis was written to bring hope to anyone living with the pain of arthritis and fibromyalgia. It offers help to newly diagnosed as well as long-term sufferers of these conditions and their families. Cooking with Arthritis was written by Teri Williams, who shares ways she has learned to cope with her health issues over the last twelve years. Teri is active, loves food and loves cooking and does not let her physical challenges get in her way. This book will inspire you to move past illness and enjoy life.

About the author

Teri Williams has a love of cooking inspired by her great-grandmother. She has studied nutrition for more than thirty years to ward off or deal with hereditary health issues. Her diagnoses with fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis sent her on a quest for help in natural, spiritual and main stream healing, which you will find in this book. For the last twelve years she has utilized and taught various forms of spiritual healing, prayer, and meditation. She lives in Southern California with her husband of twenty years and her dog, Boomer. They have both tried most of the recipes and given them a thumbs (or paws) up! She enjoys cooking for her family and friends, and playing with her three grandchildren.
