Welcome to a new series from the wild and humorous imagination of Theophilus Monroe. Buckle up and be prepared to sit for a while. You won't want to put it down. This is Sebastian's very own series! We meet him briefly in a previous Mercy book. I'm thrilled he was tattling around in Theophilus Monroe's mind so this came to be. The plot is intriguing and will keep you enthralled throughout the entire book. Sebastian, Donnie and all the characters, in fact, are well developed and in Theo's style, colorful. There's drama, action and it wouldn't be a Theo book without humor. It also ends on one heck of a cliffhanger. I'm NOT patiently waiting for the next book. :) I want it NOW please. 10 stars, one click worthy, and highly recommended!

I was wowed by Sebastian ever since I first met him in Mercy's story, and not just for his looks or his acomplishments, but also for his faithfull determination to not abandon his beloved wife no matter what. Mercy is so special - if he resisted her, he could resist anyone. And now, like Orpheus, he would do anything and everything to get her back - even go to hell and rip her out of the clutches of the devil himself, regardless of the consequences. How do you think that will go? I am a big fan of Theophilus Monroe for his writing style, but also for his interesting approach and insight into existential subjects. The way he can express feelings through just the right words to put his finger on the sore spot is astounding, and I can tell this series will be as good as his other works. also, his cliffhangers are always worth the wait! He will fight hell for her! A demon disrupted their honeymoon bliss and Sebastian has been searching for his wife ever since. He learned to hunt monsters. He killed monsters and some innocents but hasn’t found the one who stole her. Now there is hope and he will do whatever it takes. What an exciting start to a new series! I liked Sebastian when he fought alongside Mercy Brown in another series. I was hoping to see a spinoff featuring Sebastian and Donnie.
