I like how this romance book has a bit more. It's not just about two persons that fall for each other it has a bit of mystery too. Daisy is a single mother that works as an photographer after her carrier as a model ended when she got pregnant with her son Henry three years ago. Three years ago she also meet the man that would become her closest friend and the man that would do anything for her and her son. Their friendship grows into something more but is Daisy ready for admit that she has feelings and what if there are things that isn't as easy as she thought they would be. A secret that comes up and throws her a curve ball. This is the first book I've read by S.M West but it won't be the last. And I will go back and read the start of this book series. Yes it can be read as an standalone but I am pretty sure that you will get to know the characters even better if you start at the beginning.
