About this ebook

"Brace yourself to be tied up in knots by the Mistress of Chaos herself. Danvers offers gripping storytelling in a vicious world of predators and prey, and you won’t be able to look away until there are no more pages left to turn.” ~Alta Hensley, USA Today Bestselling Author

Hunted by a beast.

An unstoppable juggernaut is coming for her. A villain who will take what he wants. Fixated on her very scent, he stalks the wood in search of his precious mate. His tiny, rebellious queen.

Pleased by her defiance, entranced by her spirit and burning wrath, Giaus smiles, knowing she will be made to yield.

She can't deny what her body craves.

In her reluctant embrace, he samples a taste of forbidden redemption. The whisper of fate that knows nothing of the corruption in his blood.

She is salvation.

And Giaus will annihilate any who dares touch what he has claimed.

But he is not the only villain in these woods...

“Decadent debauchery, torment and redemption, Giaus left me wondering if my kindle might melt. Treat yourself—you will not regret a single moment.” ~ Zoe Blake, USA Today Author in Dark Romance

This is a dark and violent tale set in a vividly described, dystopian, fantasy world. It’s hard to relate to the characters at times as they are so aggressive and have physical characteristics that are not human. Despite this, it is a gripping if rather disturbing read that leaves you wanting more. Certainly original and definitely not for the faint of heart!

Giaus is the second book in the Feral Court series and picks up where Renegade left off. The Hunter has his sights set on Renegade and has made his move. She has become his most prized prey. Renegade, constantly testing the limits, may have met her match. Despite being infected, he turns out to be more than expected. Because of this, Sinadim gets an idea that he believes will guarantee a victory in the war he is planning. Things take a turn, and only time will tell how they will all work out.

Gaius the Hunter who was watching from the shadows in book 1 takes centre stage in this book. The lines between good and evil along with right and wrong are blurred throughout, leading to some truly unexpected events. The world of the feral court is vivid and filled with tension, danger and the unknown. Continuing away from the ‘civilisation’ of the Elite world there are many new discoveries about the landscape and the strength and character of Renegade, Gaius and co. There is a steamy, burning hot element to the court that continues through this book as well. An enjoyable addition to the series. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
