About the author

KATHY SNOWBALL worked for Australian Gourmet Traveller for eight years, as food editor and then as food director. She is now a freelance food writer and educator and is a partner in Manna from Heaven, bakers of divine handmade cakes and biscuits. When not cooking, Kathy spends most of her time working in the garden on her farm in Central West NSW.

JAN PURSER is a high profile naturopathic nutritionist, health writer and award-winning author. She has a busy practice in Perth where she specialises in digestive disorders. Her passion is teaching people how to become more balanced holistically through nutrition, diet, digestion repair and detoxification programs. Jan has worked in the food publishing industry for over 25 year. She has written eight books on health, food and meditation and writes for several national magazines.
