Dr. Shashi is Assistant Professor in Department of Computer Application, Chaudhary Charan Singh University (Campus), Meerut. She constantly proved excellence in teaching and all academic work. She is having 15 Years teaching experience. She has handled many subjects for UG and PG students. She has supervised more than 90 projects PG Level. She has organized many Workshops, Seminars both International level and National level. She is expertise in Computer Network , Cloud Computing and Digital Electronics etc. She has published more than 10 research papers and articles in reputed journals. She has also been co-coordinator for college Affiliations like NAAC, AICTE etc. She is Head of Department . She has a member of 3 Board of Studies in university Meerut. She is a member of IAENG.

Anas M. Bashayreh is an Assistant Professor in Management and HRM in Al Zahraa College for Women, Sultanate of Oman since 2016 till now. His paper provides an examination of the role organizational culture on HRM practices. The author discusses the prevailing culture like norms, procedure and rules, and values and impact on HR practices. The paper includes tables and graphs showing the paper’s findings.

Sailesh is doctoral research scholar with focus on blockchain and analytics and Director of LNM Solutions which is a startup in the BlockChain and analytics space. Sailesh is an industry practitioner with over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry. Sailesh was also part of the OPM3 (2nd edition) initiative by the project management institute. Sailesh has published 10 patents mostly in the area of blockchain and analytics, three of which have been granted, in addition he has three research publications. Sailesh has also authored a book on machine learning tools. With a focus on industry applications, he has completed several projects and proof of concepts in area of machine learning, blockchain and RPA. Sailesh has been associated IIM Bangalore, IIT Delhi (operations Management), Pondicherry University (Operations research) Indian Statistical Institute ( analytics) and as a research scholar with Christ( Deemed to be University). 

Ngoc Lien Le Tieu is a master's student in Banking and Finance at the University of Economics and Law - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. This work is also sponsored by the University of Economics and Law - VNUHCM. Le Tieu graduated with a bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Ho Chi Minh City Open University. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – VNUHCM. Le Tieu has been a chief accountant for more than two years and a business manager for more than three years. She is a guest lecturer at Dai Viet Saigon College
