About the author

David Bez is an Italian art director and designer who loves food. Five years ago, he challenged himself to create a new salad, every workday, and he’s photographed and recorded his creations on his blog, SaladPride. This turned into a bestselling debut book, Salad Love, and was followed by Breakfast Love. In 2016, he opened his first café serving his favourite salad creations in London’s Covent Garden.
