David Bez

David Bez is an Italian art director and designer who loves food. Five years ago, he challenged himself to create a new salad every workday, and he's photographed and recorded his creations on his blog, SaladPride.This turned into a bestselling book, Salad Love, followed by Breakfast Love. He opened his first café serving his favorite salad creations in London in 2016.
