For the last twelve years she has utilized and taught various forms of spiritual healing, prayer, and meditation. She lives in Southern California with her husband of twenty years and her dog, Boomer. They have both tried most of the recipes and given them a thumbs (or paws) up! She enjoys cooking for her family and friends, and playing with her three grandchildren.
