Teri is active, loves food and loves cooking and does not let her physical challenges get in her way. This book will inspire you to move past illness and enjoy life.

O autoru

Teri Williams has a love of cooking inspired by her great-grandmother. She has studied nutrition for more than thirty years to ward off or deal with hereditary health issues. Her diagnoses with fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis sent her on a quest for help in natural, spiritual and main stream healing, which you will find in this book. For the last twelve years she has utilized and taught various forms of spiritual healing, prayer, and meditation. She lives in Southern California with her husband of twenty years and her dog, Boomer. They have both tried most of the recipes and given them a thumbs (or paws) up! She enjoys cooking for her family and friends, and playing with her three grandchildren.
