Communication Strategies and Interactional Skills: Analysis in an ESL Classroom

Dr. Shubhada Deshpande, Associate Professor , heads the Dept. of English Vikas College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Vikhroli-Mumbai. Teaching Communication Skills in English at F.Y.B.A. and Business Communication at F.Y.B.Com. level paved the way for her research in English Lanugage Teaching. She has completed her Ph. D. research work in ELT from SNDT University. Comparative Literature, Translation Studies, World Englishes are some of her other areas of interest in research.
