關於作者

David Collins is a retired military intelligence officer. His tours of duty from the tactical to the strategic national levels included service with all national intelligence organizations. Mr. Collins was directly involved in the reshaping of US military intelligence operations following the dissolution of the Soviet Union. His concept for the use of threat warning indicators was an essential aspect in the US military’s development of doctrine for non-traditional areas of low intensity conflict and military operations other than war. Mr. Collins is the author of numerous classified studies on foreign military capabilities and the co-author of numerous National Intelligence Estimates written for senior US government officials. His extensive experience with intelligence analysis methodologies enables him to weave together the seemingly disparate puzzle pieces of this story. A native Southerner, he is a Christan, a moderate conservative, and a patriot whose life experiences produced a story to whom we all can relate. Bill of Goods is Mr. Collins’ first time fictional work.
