Set against the backdrop of Halloween, where nothing is quite as it seems, Mothcatcher and Halloween Costume is a coming-of-age story that explores the pain of adolescence, the strength of friendship, and the resilience it takes to move forward. Evan Jacobs was born in Long Island, New York, and he moved to Irvine, California, when he was four years old. He lived there for a year before relocating with his family to Fountain Valley, where he still lives. As a filmmaker, Evan has directed over 30 low-budget films, and he’s also had various screenplays produced and realized by other directors. He is currently working hard on several movie and book projects. Evan also works as a Behavior Interventionist with people who have special needs.
