His books include The Welch Way, What the Best CEO's Know, The Rumsfeld Way, The Jack Welch Lexicon of Leadership, and Jack Welch and the 4 E's of Leadership. He has written for the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Barrons, Financial Times, Chicago Tribune, Microsoft Executive Network, and the Los Angeles Times.
