I am a bit aged (lol) so don't always understand what I am reading but my agent Shirley gave me a complete rundown on what I need to know for my trip and lots of very useful advice on cheaper options for booking my next trip with Transat. so thank you very much and we'll done.

Terrible app. It bugs at each step, my name is not even recognized because there is a "-" in it and finally it crashed at half of the check-in. But to be fair I couldn't even find where to do the check-in on the web site so I guess there is a bit of progress in the app.
