It's a good app overall, but it failed me in a very important aspect: My trip had a layover, so the app showed two boarding passes. Well, minutes before boarding for the first leg of the trip, the first boarding pass, you know, the one I needed right then and there DISAPPEARED from the app! This was before I could use it to board!! This happened to me twice, on my way to my destination, then back. Lucky for me, I had a screenshot, but what if I didn't? Not a good experience.

I had a very difficult time with this app. No verification email was ever sent when I signed up (and yes I checked spam). I had to use another email, then go in and change it. Then I had trouble with the confirmation number to get my booking to finally come up. A lot of unanticipated work, when these airline apps are usually simple.

Possibly the worst airline app I have ever used, with so many issues, but the most unbelievable was, while boarding on a DUB to BOS flight, my boarding pass for the first leg of the flight just disappeared from the app after my wife had her pass scanned. The flight info was still there, our boarding passes for the second leg were there, but not for the first leg. Her pass and mine were gone, leaving me on the wrong side of the gate with no boarding pass. Unbelievable!!!
