Very user-friendly app. Easy to use and all flights are clearly saved in your account on the app for easg reference. You can also get your mobile boarding passes on the app. I just love the convenience and ease. A big shout-out to Jetstar too for its outstanding service onboard and on the ground. Very professional and service-oriented. Keep up the good work!

UPDATED to 3 stars. App now works on homepage only. Any searches or bookings etc are forced onto the website (slow). My phone is only 2 years old! Second or Third last Android version. This is still a real nuisance. Not compatible with my newish Motorola phone! Cannot book a Jetstar flight!! How ridiculous! No Jetstar app available.

We have taken on your feedback and have released a new version of the Jetstar app today that supports Android operating system versions 10 and higher. The most responsive and easy to navigate airline app I have ever used. I know it's mostly to do with database backend and not the app itself, but it's just nice not to be hanging for a minute or two waiting for the seating to load in.
