Absolutely the worst experience of any airline booking apps out there. And most are really bad. Tried so many times to book and payment keeps getting declined but other websites all accept so it's not a card issue. Really poor app. Had to choose a different airline cos or horrid app.

When it offers the option to enable fingerprint authentication, it doesn't mean to only allow fingerprint authentication while you are logged in, and to disallow fingerprint authentication after you are logged out! Also the app is flagging my registered email as invalid. I literally received the Scoot emails in the email address I registered with Scoot! This app is so buggy, it's literally NOT user friendly. Fix this.

The login session expired is very irritating. And seriously not a huge fan of going to counter at the airport to collect my boarding pass even after mobile check in. Also stop blaming passengers or guests right away for faulty cabin equipments like baggage doors and chairs. also improve your payment options , only credit and union pay, not even nets ?

Hi Tommy, sorry to hear about your experience. The login session expires after 7 days for security purposes. If your device has biometrics, we recommend you to enable it for quicker relogin.
