Useless app! Waste of time. Tried countless way to log in by entering booking number and email address, it just shows error and asked to contact customer service! What for? Cleared cache and mobile data, re-entered both info, still get the same error! Worst of all, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still the same error message. Just can't log in! Using web browser, it works. Not the app. Even Jetstar who is closing down works in their app. Nobody is doing anything about Scoot app still?

The app is only useful to manage booking that you booked from the app. For bookings by others, such as a corporate travel agency, it is impossible to retrieve the booking unless you know the exact email address used by the agency. This is different from retrieving the booking via the website where there's the option to use your name instead. Also the app, unlike the website, does, not recognize email addresses with newer type domain extensions such as ".tech" and complaints about it.

Horrible dynamic pricing scheme, I was ordering plane tickets, and then I accidently closed the tab before finalizing, and now when I ordered again, the price is 40 dollars more expensive for the same tickets.
