Tacky. Bugs. Crashes. Not user friendly. Needs multiple logins. Buttons such as sest selection are awkwarsly placed. hardly accessible. car hire takes you to a broken page with unfinished script. Whichever company designed this for Etihad seems to have charged by the word and pages. So a whole lot of pages but nothing leads to anywhere. Absolute inconvenience.

Simply the worst booking experience ever. I tried to book a flight with miles, and the miles required at the checkout page is ALWAYS higher than the number listed in the search. This is simply bait-and-switch for people who transfer points to their miles. There are also issues with their digital experience -- login keeps failing and needs page refresh; webpage can't be backtracked otherwise the site would crash; a tier-1 link on their website menu "conscious choice" leads to missing page.

Not fit for purpose. It regularly either doesn't load or it provides an error message or blank page. I'm a regular flyer and use the app to book, amend , check-in or confirm details but cannot rely on it to function. Even the Get in touch page doesn't function. It's a struggle. February 2025. Continues to fail. Appear to have updated the app but now other problems are evident. When I provide information showing the issues I'm treated with distain. Took over 6 attempts to register a complaint!
