Irene Dorfner (geb. 1964) ist Schwäbin, sie wurde mitten in Reutlingen geboren. Seit 1990 lebt sie mit ihrer Familie in Bayern. Seit 2013 schreibt sie Regionalkrimis rund um Kommissar Leo Schwartz, von dem bereits 24 Fälle erschienen sind. "TANJA VS. SCHWEINEHUND" ist das erste humorvolle Buch der Autorin.
