About the author

Sathiji Nageshwaran is Wellcome Trust Translational Medicine and Therapeutics Fellow at Imperial College London, and Honorary Clinical Fellow in Neurology at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London. David Ledingham is Neurology Registrar at the Department of Neurology, Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Heather C. Wilson is Consultant Neurologist and Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the Royal Free London NHS Trustat in London. She is also Honorary Consultant Neurologist at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London. Anthony Dickenson is Professor of Neuropharmacology, Neuroscience, Physiology and Pharmacology at University College in London.
