Growing up Clara use to follow her stepbrother, Sebastian, around everywhere he went. They were kinda of inseparable until that day that the gift her godfather gave her. The nutcracker doll that was bestowed with magic just for her. Clara has never forgiven Sebastian for what he done. Ten years later, they are still not very social to each other. Clara's mom convince her to come home for the holidays even though Sebastian will be there. Sebastian has prepared a special gift for her plus he has a plan for it. The gift was exactly what she needed. Slow things between them change for the better. Will she realize that she doesn't need the doll to have a happily ever after? I enjoyed reading this book. I could not put it down. I love HEA and this one has one. The foreplay scenes was a great build up to the sex scene. I can't wait to read more books by this author. I hope that she has another book coming out in this series. I recommend this book to others.
