About the author

Leaving home at the age of eight, living in the jungles in the Kumaon region of northern India, and meeting people from all walks of life from all parts of the world, Baba Hari Dass has extensive life experience that informs his many stories for both children and adults. After stopping story writing for approximately twenty years, Babaji again began to write stories in 2005 when Mul Nakshatra was started. These “recent stories” reflect his love and deep connection to Sri Ram Orphanage, which he founded in 1984, just outside of Haridwar, India.
