This is a story about two zebras, a giraffe and an elephant who live in Bumi in the country of Zimbabwe. The Zebras are sisters. The oldest is Stripes and her younger sister is Little Stripes. The giraffe’s name is Long Neck, and the elephant’s name is.....well, you can guess.

About the author

Hi there. I’m David Goodman, the grandfather of Owen and Seb O’Neill, and Kaiya and Eli Hutchings. I wrote these two short stories for them. One is about zebras, a giraffe and an elephant on a rescue mission. The other is about barn animals, mice and horses, and how mice scratched the back of a horse. It’s real funny. Owen and Seb did the illustrations, as they insisted that these two stories be published. Enjoy.
