About the author

Jason Talley is a musician and Latin teacher who uses engaging, interactive and immersive techniques to share his love of Latin with his students. After graduating from the University of Texas with a BA in Latin, he has spent the last six years as a tutor and public school Latin teacher. Though he originally chose Latin because of its status as an unspoken, "dead" language, he now enjoys instructing new learners to speak the language. Jason even uses his free time for Latin pursuits such as translating pop songs and writing Latin originals. He resides outside of Austin in the beautiful Texas Hill Country with his wife and two children. You can follow his Latin Twitter account @magistertalley.
