About this ebook

Defining Zen depends on one’s perspective. For some, Zen is a philosophy of life. For others it is religion not philosophy. This book explores the theology and major schools of Zen Buddhism. It breaks down the beliefs and contradictory teachings. It also discusses enlightenment, salvation, and the occult. It also contrasts Zen with Christianity.
