Eilat, the most Southern part of Israel, sharing borders with Egypt and Jordan, is a busy seaside resort at the Red Sea. Eilat is where both Monica and Maryke live. Monica came originally from Switzerland while Maryke is from Holland. The story begins on a hot, hot September day and this tiny little ‘creature’ is lost and alone on a busy parking lot. He is screaming with such urgency that it attracts the attention of Maryke. Although Maryke lives the life of a traveler, she decides to take him home, which does not make her husband happy.... But together with Monica, her friend, the local veterinarian and much loving care, they manage to keep this ugly looking little creature alive. The miracle happens..... this poor orphaned creature develops into a beautiful fluffy cat! And..... everybody loves him....
