A fun set of cozy mysteries! This set of the first three books in the series is a good sample of the fun mysteries to come. This cozy trio gave me hours of enjoyable reading. Gina’s snark and Daisy’s nose make them a good duo. I wish my dog could talk like Daisy! It would make life much simpler. I received an advance copy but my review is honest and voluntary.

This series is good but not like the others in Heywood. I believe it’s the main character in this series that I’m not connecting with. The other characters are wonderful, but the main protagonist isn’t a hit for me. Nevertheless, it gives me insight into some old friends in Heywood from another series, and it is well written! I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Three great stories in the Heywood Hounds Cozy Mysteries, we meet Gina Dunner and her rescue mutt, Daisy—a sweet, yet sassy, talking dog. The stories are Dog Treats and Death, Paw Prints and Problems and Furballs and Fatalities. All the stories held my interest as they tried to solve each mystery. I see there are three more books in this series. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
