Enjoyable! A sweet, sexy and fun story that keeps you engaged. Courtney and Dean have known each other most of their lives. Courtney is Dean’s sister’s bff and has had a crush on Dean since she was 15 yrs. old. I really enjoyed watching them realize that what they’ve been denying for so long has finally materialized and how perfect they are for each other. There is lots of obstacles to overcome but they learn to do it together. I also got a kick out of the reactions Dean’s family has to him being with Courtney. If you enjoy best-friend to lover romances this story is for you.

Loved Dean and Courtney. Best friends older brother troupe. Courtney has always had a secret crush on Dean and now for them to be a couple finally, but they are both afraid of what everyone else will have to say about their relationship. I had a hard time putting this book down, loved the characters!! Dean is such a person pleaser and had to grow up early with the death of his mother but to finally find love was perfect. Courtney has always had a secret crush on Dean and finally to act on her feelings but afraid that Dean will not follow his heart. Loved the sexual chemistry between them. This is a heartwarming emotional love story that I will treasure. This is the fourth story set in Magnolia Sound but all are stand alone. I highly recommend.
