This book indeed totally transported me to a different plane by eloquently grabbing my attention span and soaking me in the journey of knowing about mind and how to attain Thaan (self realised) state from the extant Naan (worldly self) state. The concepts have been explicated vividly with simple language and relatable examples. The intangible energy that flows while reading this book is something special to me... for even if u pick the book with a varied mood it guarantees to calm ur mind in no time... overall a must read and a book thats a must to be possessed...

The book to understand the questions what the mind is. There is no exact reference in English to understand the words for tamil naan and thaan. This book describes beautifully in tamil what is mind (manam) what is naan and what is thaan. We would get a clear description how mind is seperte from naan(self) and thaan(relaised self) . how these operates individually and what the process involved in going to self reliasiation.
