With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Kerzner has dedicated his career to helping family-owned and closely held businesses navigate the complexities of succession planning, financial stability, sustainability, and human performance management. Currently serving as the Principal and Managing Director at the New England Center for Family Business Excellence (NECFBE), Dr. Kerzner works with clients to develop strategic plans that address both the business and family dynamics to ensure successful succession plans and long-term prosperity. Dr. Kerzner’s approach emphasizes organizational health through business development, operational efficiency, and people development.
