Wrath of a Mad God (Darkwar, Book 3)

I enjoyed this as much as I enjoyed all the ones that preceded it. The overall story arc that sat in the background during The Serpentwar Saga, became more prominent during the Conclave of Shadows Series and was thrust to the centre stage for the current Darkwar Saga comes to it's conclusion here and it took some of the series's finest characters with it. It loses points for some seemingly difficult struggles that weren't portrayed as such and a send off that seemed lacking for some of the characters. Some long existing questions are finally answered though and they're satisfactory albeit hastily explained, as opposed to Feist's usual colourfully metaphorical fashion. The endings leading into another story that I've been accustomed to over the past few books are absent in this novel, seeming that Feist wishes to introduce new and veteran readers alike to a fresh plot in the next series and I couldn't be looking more forward to where they lead.

The book miss quotation marks for conversation and in books and there are several spelling errors per page. This makes the book almost unreadable.
