I loved Skylar and Tucker and watching them find their way together. Theirs is an emotional journey as neither think they are ready to take that step of finding something serious and lasting but ready or not, it's here. They have some obstacles to overcome and things to figure out as we watch them build a relationship and come together. They just fit, even when they want to keep things light and not serious, they just can't help it. I really enjoyed this story and it was great getting to see their friends support them (and of course seeing them again) and watching them make the decisions that they needed to. This was a great read and I can't wait to see what's next in the series. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

Another great read in a great series. Diamond Creek is full of wonderful characters and it is always fun to read a book in a series that not only introduces us to new friends but lets us catch up with some of our favourite characters from earlier books. Tucker lost his first love way to young and thinks he will never fall in love again. Skylar was a foster kid who had no family and only one close friend. When her friend dies she travels to Alaska to fulfil a dream they shared. Slowly Tucker and Skylar find that even though they aren't looking for love that may be just what they find. A beautiful slow burn romance that is full of emotion.

4.5 stars! This story has made me smile and it has made me cry, the way loss and grief were portrayed spoke volumes and moved me. My heart was engaged fully reading this and I just wanted to hug both Skylar and Tucker. They were surrounded by good family and friends who stood by them, supported them, butted into their lives and pushed them when they need to be pushed. I loved seeing these two get to know each other and learn to grieve and move on. They complimented each other well and deserved their HEA. I am voluntarily leaving this review after receiving an ARC.
