This is an interesting and intriguing story that is a touch dark. The story is about Serenity, Nico and an arranged marriage. He was supposed to marry Camilla, her sister, but tragedy strikes. So Serenity's father changes the terms of the agreement made with Nico's father. This starts of a good story that does have some possible triggers. I like the characters; well not her parents. Nico is super protective and protects what is "his".

Brilliantly gripping and addictive mafia family arranged marriage romance. Nico is not a good guy. He is dark and controlling and obsessed. Serenity it sparky but a little naive. I loved how these two found their way through together. They are heated and passionate and earn their happy ending with blood, sweat, and tears.

This was a great read. Definitely recommend it to anyone who likes mafia and arranged marriage. They had a rocky start to their relationship but worked through everything. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
