A ball of string, an ancient legend, and three magically glowing lines lead the twins to the truth—and to a confrontation with a deadly foe. On the fabled Night of the Eye, Raistlin will supposedly acquire great magical power . . . and he’ll need it if he is to survive.

About the author
Kevin Stein is an American fantasy author who has contributed to several fantasy franchises, including Dragonlance. He has written stories for two Dragonlance anthologies, The Dragons of Chaos and Lost Leaves from the Inn of the Last Home, as well as the Preludes novel Brothers Majere, starring beloved characters Raistlin and Caramon Majere.
