About the author

Author Wil Mara (New Jersey, USA) is an award-winning author of fiction and non-fiction for children. His DK books include "DK Life Stories: Albert Einstein" and the DK Reader, "The Story of Civil Rights". He has written extensively for Scholastic, including more than 50 titles in their Rookie Biographies and Rookie Read-About series.
