Iliana Martinez is a beautiful Latina with surgical skills and a brilliant mind. The pulmonary surgeon from Mexico is no joke-- after being forced to attend medical school for a second time in her career, the dark haired immigrant is finally on the road to a serious comeback.

Cobra Dilan is the tiniest surgeon in the operating room, but do not call her a midget. She is a country doctor with a big heart and a patriotic allegiance to the ole south. She sees everything in terms of black and white-- right and wrong. Her specialty is plastics and she is damn good at it.
