About this ebook

Law-firm economics are in flux. AI is rewriting workflows, Alternative Fee Arrangements (AFAs) are squeezing the billable hour, and clients now demand numbers first, anecdotes second.

Law Firm KPIs turns that pressure into a practical playbook. Building on the global success of Legal Operations KPIs (used by Fortune 500 departments, translated into three languages, and read in 40 + countries) author Mori Kabiri distills two decades of advising teams that collectively manage $1 billion+ in annual legal spend. The result: a concise, field-tested method for converting raw data into sharper pricing, stronger margins, and persuasive proof of value.

Across nine sections and 80+ firm-specific metrics, every KPI sits on a uniform format with definition, formula, common pitfalls, trend cues, data sources, and improvement tactics. Companion templates, maturity checklists, and QR-linked resources move you from theory to action, whether you lead a 10-lawyer boutique or a 2,000-lawyer global firm.
