Oh my gosh, this is such a wonderful romance series beginning; friends to lovers, smart rescue dogs, villains, large family, ranch life, small town gossip, love, devotion, loyalty, and on top of it all, there is mention of another beloved family! I love how Chris Keniston's books and characters all have a mention of a connection. It makes them that much more interesting to read. I was gifted an ARC and I'm voluntarily sharing my honest opinion. I recommend this book and can't wait for the next!
