Very well explained Tai Chi in the simple form. Really looking into more of the art & many other forms of the art.

I was very dissapointed in the content. Nothing more thana weekend paper with a couple nice pictures and bibliography and links. Not a book!

Yvonne Huizinga is a teacher of Chinese Internal Martial Arts. She studie Tai Ji Quan, Qi Qong, Wu Shu, Chinese Traditional Medicine and much more. Teahcer Yvonne Huizinga is currently operating a school for Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kung, Chinese massage and is teaching clinics and workshops. 

She is an Author on two books about Tai Chi and does many many more things.
