He gives EFT a chance to be used/enjoyed by the reader rather than front loading with background information and risking the reader's loss of interest. Intentional or not, his book set the stage for me wanting a more in depth look at the science behind EFT. Conclusion: this is for those NEW to EFT. If you have any background to the technique you may find this redundant.

I have been tapping for awhile but ran into a wall. This book broke down that wall with helpful, useful and additional information I had not been exposed to before. I find the case histories very inspiring and all the directions are concise and clear.

I absolutely loved this book! It’s an easy and quick read, making it perfect for anyone with a busy schedule. The tapping exercises were simple to learn but incredibly effective in helping manage my anxiety. I also gained a deeper understanding of qigong and the lymphatic system, which was eye-opening
