Rex Miller is Professor Emeritus of Industrial Technology at the State University College at Buffalo. He has taught technical curriculums at the high school, technical school, and college levels for more than 40 years. Dr. Miller is the author or co-author of over 100 textbooks for vocational and industrial arts programs, including McGraw-Hill's best-selling Carpentry and Construction and Electrician's Pocket Manual.

Mark R. Miller is Professor and Head of Industrial Technology at the University of Texas in Tyler. He has taught technical curriculums at the high school, technical school, and college levels for more than 20 years. Dr. Miller is the author or co-author of over 30 textbooks for trade and technical programs, including Audel Refrigeration: Home and Commercial and Audel Air Conditioning: Home and Commercial.
