One fateful day, 15-year-old Jordan Morris set out to the shopping mall with a simple mission: to pick up a cake for his younger brother's birthday. Little did he know that this seemingly ordinary outing would thrust him into a nightmarish ordeal. Explosions shattered the tranquility of the mall, bullets filled the air, and chaos reigned. In the midst of this madness, a sinister figure known as 'The Naughty Soul' emerged, his aim to sow discord and anarchy throughout the city.

'The Naughty Soul' was a man unhinged by unspeakable tragedy, his family had been cruelly taken from him in a heart-wrenching shooting incident. Now, he sought vengeance against a society he believed had failed him, resorting to violence to underscore the urgent need for gun control reform. Jordan managed to survive the horrifying ordeal, but the scars of that day would linger.

A little later, destiny led Jordan to New Vazuno, the majestic city ruled by King Aessoid, as part of a school excursion. A twist of fate awaited him as a gravity-defying accident bestowed upon him incredible superpowers. Yet, as 'The Naughty Soul' continued to wreak havoc in the streets of Chicago, Jordan found himself faced with a life-altering decision. Amidst the chaos, villains closing in on him, and both the police and the enigmatic T.O.P.A.H. organization hot on his trail, he must choose whether to rise as a hero or remain in the shadows.
