About the author
Prof. Satya Prakash is U.G.C. Emeritus Fellow at Department of Physics, Punjab University, Chandigarh. He obtained M.Sc. and D.Phil. degrees from Allahabad University and has been Professor, Head of Department of Physics and Dean, Science Faculty at Punjab University, Chandigarh and Vice-Chancellor of Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He was also the President of Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT).
