Sandra Gernt, Jahrgang '76, schreibt Geschichten, in denen die Charaktere im Vordergrund stehen. Auch wenn es in Fantasywelten geht, ist episches Schlachtengetümmel selten zu finden. Action und Spannung dürfen nicht fehlen, doch dafür braucht es kein sinnloses Blutvergießen. Sie legt Wert auf emotionale Entwicklungen, niveauvolle Sprache und detailliert geschilderte Welten. (Homo-)Erotik ist für sie niemals Selbstzweck, sondern gehört sinnvoll und sinnlich in das Geschehen eingebunden.
