Ernest E. Moore, MD, is Professor and Vice Chairman of the Department of Surgery at the University of Colorado at Denver at Health Sciences Center. He is also Chief of Surgery at the Denver Health Medical Center.

Kenneth L. Mattox, MD, is Professor and Vice Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine. He is Chief of Staff and Chief of Surgery at the Ben Taub General Hospital in Houston.
