He also turned the Transcendental Meditation movement on its head with his "Meditation Clicks Brain Gym book which demystifies and teaches Transcendental Meditation in the comfort of your own home in five minutes and which arms with extreme meditation confidence. He is the father of two now very grown up daughter's whom he raised solo from the time they were in nappies.
