When I set off to find out about myself, I didn’t expect to find out about vampires.

Apparently they’re real. And also want to kill me for my powers.

What’s worse? There’s a vampire hunter on the loose. 

Who should I trust? The vampires who want my blood, or the hunters who think my powers make me evil?

I so don’t have the energy or patience to solve other people’s mysteries right now. There’s a demon out to kill my daughter. I have bigger problems.

But when I meet a little boy who’s haunted by his past life, I’m the only one who can help him.

If his past life’s murder isn’t solved soon, it could haunt him in this life – and the next.

The justice system failed him once. I can’t let that happen again.

But what can I do? My powers are useless. And I have no relevant qualifications or connections. How will anyone ever believe me when I tell them who the real murderer is?
