Textbook of Environmental Chemistry provides fundamental knowledge of the principles of environment and its chemistry to students as well as teachers of Environmental Sciences, Environmental Chemistry and Environmental Studies at graduate, postgraduate, polytechnic, and engineering levels. The book explores biological resources and their relationships with physical and chemical aspects of the environment. Due emphasis has been given to the regional as well as global environmental problems like water, air, soil and noise pollution, their types and sources, and their effects on the ecosystem.

著者について

Balaram Pani Principal, Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences, University of Delhi and Dean of Colleges, University of Delhi, is a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher, researcher and an able administrator. He is currently also the Director, Campus of Open Learning, University of Delhi. He has more than twenty five years of experience in various fields of environmental, polymeric, biological and instrumentation sciences. Dr Pani has authored and co-authored more than a dozen books.
